    I bought these boots for a 1 week trip to the Adirondacks and they worked great. I used them snowshoeing, tubing, snowball fighting, and just getting around in 2 feet of snow. They kept my feet dry and mostly warm.

    These are great boots, really comfortable and warm, They will keep you nice and cozy in bad weather conditions. Only one thing... If the weather is not "That Bad" they will cook your feet, because they are not as "breathable" you possibly think.

    I bought these as my "dress snow boots", to wear around town and to work on snowy days. I like taller boots when trudging around in snow. They are definitely warm. Some boots are rated to extreme temps and don't usually come close to comfort at extreme temps. I'm not sure I'd be warm anywhere at -30 below, but these worked well when temps were in single digits this week.

    Walking the dog in the parks and countryside, shovelling snow on the driveway - all round winter use! The boot is half a size smaller than i expected so taking a little time to wear in for maximum comfort. Next size up would be too big though.

    My husband used these boots for a winter vacation in Germany. We hiked though frozen gorges, played in the snow for hours and walked slushy streets and his feet never were cold, wet or uncomfortable. A bit heavy, but worth it for the comfort factor.
