    At first I ordered a size 7 because that is the size shoe I normally wear. It was too small all around and the left boot had a deformity in the ankle area that rubbed the heck out of my outer ankle, so I returned the 7 and ordered an 8. Much more comfortable and no deformities! [...]

    I just bought these boots and received them yesterday. I find them very uncomfortable. Really heavy, clunky. I live in the very cold and snowy northeast and wanted a good pair of very warm boots to walk in and play in the snow with my toddler son in. I can't imagine wearing these for long, nor can I imagine walking anywhere in them. They feel like ski boots! Do they break in after a while?

    I really wanted something to keep my feet dry when shoveling snow, but this boot far exceeded my expectations. It is very comfortable and easy to walk in (I have gone to the mall in it). I got complements on the colors from friends and strangers on the street. I love this boot!
