“Warm and dry”

“I bought these boots for my 8-year-old son. I have had good experiences with Columbia products and was happy to find Columbia boots for my son at an extremely reasonable price. The boots held up on a ski/tubing trip to Mt. Hood and several occasions of just plain snow play (i.e. building snow castles, sledding, and rolling in the snow.) His feet stayed warm and dry and had pretty good traction. The only downside, if there is one, is that there is no drawstring at the top of the boot, just a zipper. It is not an issue for my son at all, but it may be for someone else if he/she needs to tighten the width around the calf/ankle. Overall I'm quite pleased.”
