“I actually owned an older model of BugaZip (with the zipper), and after about 6 years of light use the rubber failed, splitting in many places and coming apart at the seams, quite literally (even so, my feet did not get wet). We sent photos of the damage to Columbia and they replaceed the boots with my choice of anything equivalent on their website. Their service was very personal and quick. They gained two customers for life (myself and my husband).”
