Perforated, removable insole with Omni-Fresh antimicrobial treatment to eliminate mildew, mold and bacteria.

    The sole of this shoe is permeable, with several scupper holes which admit water. These are really water shoes, and not so much boat shoes. Used for sailing, they are OK, but I wouldn't use them for daily casual wear, especially in showery climates. You'll end up with wet feet!

    i bought this product for casual wear and not specifically for boating. they are a little snug, and i guess are intended to be worn without socks, or at least that is how they best fit me. they seem very durable and have good grip, though not the best support.

    One of the shoes had a spot where the insole was not attached properly to the shoe - rubbing against my instep. But now that the shoes are broken in, the spot has relaxed & doesn't chafe anymore. Other than that, they fit great and are very lightweight. I think they are a little funny looking, but I'm not a huge fan of the laceless look.
