    Bought these specifically for our trip to Europe, I'm sitting in Paris as I write this. Warm enough when I kicked my shoes off on the 11 hour flight from LA to Paris, and then through customs, a bus ride and cab ride to the apartment. I travel light, so their easy wash, sometimes in a sink, is important to me. Sturdy as a sweat sock and subtle enough for dress casual, I like them a lot.

    I bought one pair with some other purchases, and liked them enough to buy two more about a month later. They are comfy in boots or sneakers, and unlike my supposedly anti-bacterial running socks, don't over-heat and get smelly. Comfortable on hot days.
