Columbia Footwear Cruzado Water Shoes (For Women)

Great for in and out of the water, on the rocks, on the boat, or in the yard. Good support,don't feel clammy when wet. I take a 7.5 in most shoes and took a risk and got the 7 since that's all that was left and they are okay. 7.5 would have maybe been better but these are fine.

I got these for a trip to the slot canyons in Utah - hiking through the desert and then wading through ankle deep water in canyons for miles with a backpack and camping gear in tow; 3 day trip so the shoes had to be right. I was worried that these might be a "concept" shoe more than a useful shoe, but I'm convinced - I wore them throughout the trip. They do tend to dry slowly (my brother had just as much success as me with his trail runners with them drying fast), and you need to wear socks (not ankle socks either - you need something to keep the sand out of the heel where it will rub and give you blisters) with them for them to be comfortable - so drying fast is not an advantage. However, these shoes were very comfortable both in the water and for hiking, had good traction both inside and out, and were easy to get in and out of, so I'm pretty happy with the purchase. If you are looking for something that can wade and hike well, this is a great option. The shoes look great after 27+ miles of hiking in 3 days, but no idea what they're long-term durability will be.

Will be using these great shoes as casual wear initially and then boating this summer. I like them so much I'll probably wear them out before fall!

This shoe was wonderful! I needed it for water and hiking. It gripped the rocks wonderfully while running through a jungle in Mexico. I got it wet and dry and it was a great shoe for both activities. I would take another pair of shoes though because of the humidity it took a very long time to dry out. I wore a low cut sock a lot of the time since my shoes were wet and I had no problems with my feet rubbing.

LOVE these shoes. My "go to" summer shoes! They are as airy as a sandal, but rugged enough to go from hiking to the lake - to wading in it. I bought both colors.
