Columbia Footwear Dragonfly Shoes - Wet-Dry (For Women)

I just returned from walking 198 miles in 14 days. These shoes, combined with Injinji socks, made that possible. I'm no athlete, and I've had issues with chronic foot pain since I was a kid. Everyone was telling me before I left to switch shoes, switch shoes, switch shoes as I walked. The one time I did, I nearly blacked out from pain. One pair of these got me through the entire trip - a crushed limestone trail - without issue. In addition, they aren't hideous, like just about every pair of walking/hiking/running shoes I've seen. It's a nice bonus. They look more like cross-trainers, which means the heel is low. That, in turn, gives stability and doesn't cause you to favor your calves to the point they don't strengthen and to put undue strain on feet and thighs, unlike most shoes designed for walking and running. LOVE these shoes.

I was looking for shoes to take to Costa Rica that I could wear in the rainforest,touring and possibly on the beach. I also wanted a pair of shoes, not sandals to protect my feet. I found these shoes. They are both comfortable with or without socks,wet/dry and cute!

Have considered these shoes for a long time. Finally broke down and ordered them. Glad I did. They are very comfortable and will be a great warm weather shoe. Looks good with jeans, capris, or a casual skirt.

*Followup* I wear them every chance I get. These are great for walking 4-5 miles too. I will get another pair if 12's are offered again!

Put these on the first day and wore all afternoon with no socks - no problems with rubbing or fit. Have an issue with PF and these supported & cushioned with no pain issues. I bought my reg. size 6 and fit was great. I don't plan on wearing with thick socks so fit should not be an issue by not sizing 1/2 up. Love the orange/khaki combo color.

Wear these to my kids sports practices or events feels a little stiff but very cute I revive lots of compliments stain easily so I am a little cautious when I am wearing them love these shoes

I Never wore Tennis shoes before except for running. (25 yrs of this) I now do alot of dog competition activities and I wear this shoe to these events. They Look Great and definitely grip the road in all of the running(around the course) with my dog.I wish you made this model for men (husband loves them)!

get sore feet easily, these shoes prevented that most of the day. traction was good on wet and dry. I bought the orange ones and was complimented at the first store I went to.

These are the second pair of Columbia water shoes that I have sent back. I normally wear 7 1/2 Keens without a problem but I had to downsize to 7's in these and they still didn't fit right. Was really hoping to take them to Belize for rain forest hiking but just couldn't make them work.

I will use this product to make my feet feel comfortable. It's great for long walks particularly around the house and for standing long periods of time without enduring foot pain. The shoe looks great! Quite stylish!!! On the down side, I am not looking forward to how they will look after getting them wet. They will no longer have that beautiful white look which is a small price to pay for comfort.
