I bought these to wear on my boat this winter when it's chilly, so wanted a short boot that's warm, waterproof and easy to slip on. They slipped on when I was barefoot. But with socks, my heal catches on the soft upper part and the inside lining slides down a little as I slide my foot in. I have to push my heal down as I pull up on the lining. It's be better if they had side zippers, but it's not too bad so I'm keeping them. They are practical and what I need, and kinda cute, and they are comfortable.

These boots fit great - I ordered the size of shoe I normally wear and have had no problems with fit. They're comfortable, look good, and are are easy to slip on and off.

I ordered these in my regular size and could not begin to get my foot into them, even with a nylon sock and a shoe horn!!! . Sometimes I get winter boots in 1/2 size larger to accommodate a thick sock, but I'm not going to try with these as I can't imagine 1/2 size would make that much difference. You would have to have flat arches for these to work.
