Columbia Footwear Interchange II Sandals (For Men)

Bought these primarily for outdoor use and have no problem with quality or how long I expect them to last. I do have a wide foot and while the straps can be adjusted to accomodate this, there is some chafing from the front strap. Like many other kinds of sandals, if you wear them enough, your feet will harden up to offset this minor annoyance. I'm impressed with the hardness of the sole - should hold up for a long time, unlike the rubber on Birks, that shows wear spots after a few months. For anyone who wears sandals a lot (April through September?) this would be a good addition for when you want a tougher model. Another minor point: the tread pattern is nice and simple so it won't track as much mud into the house.

Useful for all of our needs - travel and beach.

I use them around the house.

Initial wear is good. Straps did cause chafing to top of foot if worn without socks.

Use for everyday wear. Is also great for when I go kayaking.

I like that the back comes off. I'm sure I'll be using them as slides and sandals.

I bought the sandles for my 14 year old son. Seems to provide good support even for his flat feet. Confortable from the start.

I've been searching for a quick-drying sandal that I can use for boating/fishing. This looks to be just what I've wanted. I have a lot of faith in the brand-name, so my expectations are high.
