“Cute shoes, a little stiff”

“These are really great shoes, apart from a couple of minor items. I have in between feet - going between 8.5 and 9 in size, depending on the brand. This is one that I probably should have ordered up to the 9 instead of going with the 8.5. They fit but I can't wear thick socks with them and my big toes are a little close to the front edge. The back part of the heel comes up a little high and did rub for the first few wears. also - the edge of the elastic lacing in front (the part that folds under) can rub against the top of a bare foot. Even with those minor discomforts (that I expect to fade over time) these are now my favorite casual, go anywhere shoes that provide enough arch support without being bulky.”
