“I bought these as an alternative to my desert boots while i'm working in Afghanistan. I'm in an office most of the day but getting to and from my tent requires walking over some very rocky areas. I wanted something comfortable but durable enough to withstand the conditions here. They have been great so far, I wear them about every three days (as I rotate my shoes) They were perfect out of the box. I wish I got a second pair to wear at home!”
