Columbia Footwear Kaci Shoes - Flats (For Women)

I bought these as an alternative to my desert boots while i'm working in Afghanistan. I'm in an office most of the day but getting to and from my tent requires walking over some very rocky areas. I wanted something comfortable but durable enough to withstand the conditions here. They have been great so far, I wear them about every three days (as I rotate my shoes) They were perfect out of the box. I wish I got a second pair to wear at home!

Cannot really rate the shoes. I ordered these shoes a half size larger after reading the other reviews. I normally wear a 8 1/2 but can sometimes wear a 9. I ordered a 9 and they were way to big. [...]

I wear this shoe at the weekends and to work.They are very stylish and look nice. They are comfortable but not too much cushoning

Fun comfy shoes! These are great with jeans to head out to the mall. They offer enough support and sole to make walking comfortable and easy. The only downside is that they are canvas and if they were Teflon treated to prevent water/staining I would give a 100%. Still great shoes!

Great shoe, but runs a bit large. Would definitely recommend, just order a half size smaller than usual.

These shoes are cute and are a great cross between a tennis shoe and a flat, but they felt small and narrow. I have average width feet and usually wear 6.5 but needed a 7 in these. The ankles caused blisters and there is a lip made of synthetic leather that runs around the inner edge of the shoe's opening and it's quite tight. Being synthetic it won't stretch and it was very uncomfortable.

They were comfortable to wear the first time.

These are really great shoes, apart from a couple of minor items. I have in between feet - going between 8.5 and 9 in size, depending on the brand. This is one that I probably should have ordered up to the 9 instead of going with the 8.5. They fit but I can't wear thick socks with them and my big toes are a little close to the front edge. The back part of the heel comes up a little high and did rub for the first few wears. also - the edge of the elastic lacing in front (the part that folds under) can rub against the top of a bare foot. Even with those minor discomforts (that I expect to fade over time) these are now my favorite casual, go anywhere shoes that provide enough arch support without being bulky.

i have a job that requires me to be on my feet all day, however I never want to give up style and these shoes have both style and major comfort...love them
