    I use these shoes to walk/jog on trails as well as the city walk ways. They are comfortable for all types of hiking, jogging and walking. I find that my feet don't ache or feel cramped when wearing these shoes, and this means quite a bit as I have some issues with my feet. Best pair of trail shoes I have purchased.
