I appreciate having sandals with a tread suitable for light hiking.

I wish I had not followed your advice to order a smaller size if one's shoe size is a half size, like 7 1/2. The shoes are just a bit short and would have been perfect at size 8.

Good comfortable soles, but I am having issues with the back heel strap rubbing a blister. I've tried loosening them up, but this doesn't seem to help. It may just be a matter of breaking them in as I have not been able to wear them much. I did go hiking on a trail with them and I thought they provided good support. I have a narrow foot, so these fit me fairly well, although they are almost too small. Careful on the "order down" option.

I bought this product so I would have nice footwear when it rained. Haven't had a chance to wear in that situation yet.

Great for when I do a lot of walking. In good weather I wear sandals a lot, all of mine are slip-on. I wanted a pair with a back strap for when I plan to do a lot of walking. These are perfect!

I love Columbia surf Side 11 sandals and since they have been discontinued I thought these sandals could relace them but they were not comfortable on my feet and there just seemed to be too much fabric in the straps . Not very good looking everyday sandals. sorry. I returned them for a refund.

I ordered a number of similar sports sandals, including Tevas. My foot is narrow with a high arch. I was surprized that these won the highest marks .... the foot bed feels good, and is made of a material that hot feet won't stick to. The straps are all nicely padded... better than the others. Arch support could be better, but feels pretty good, and better than the other candidates. (first priority of all "candidates" is that they had to have straps that could be cinched up tight enough to fit my narrow foot.) These don't look as "cool" as most of the others, but comfort and support for all-day hikes thru varied terrain is my main objective, and these are "keepers" ... the rest are going back. If you don't have narrow feet with high arches, you have lots of great choices .... this one is great for shoppers with similar requirements.
