No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“These boots are cute and stylish. The zipper/snap is a bit difficult to close. In spite of this, I was quite thrilled with them.... UNTIL I walked. With in a few steps I knew that even wearing thick socks, the seam where the snap/zipper closed would rub and irritate my legs. I tried several prances about the house but alas, returned them due to this disappointing problem.”
