“I was terribly disappointed with these shoes. I bought them because I am about to go on a trip to Africa and I needed a comfortable hiking/walking shoe. These were a great looking style, a reputable brand, and great deal. But I suppose you get what you pay for. They felt cheap from the moment I put them on. I am a big fan of Nike shoes and those are always so comfortable. My feel feel like they are stepping into a cloud when I put on Nikes. This was not the case. They felt like cardboard. More the front of the foot, that the back. The heel seemed fine. Did I mention they looked good? I wanted them to work out so bad cuz I thought they were such good looking shoes. So I wore them around for a few weeks, thinking they needed breaking in, but all i discovered was that they offered no real support. My foot felt flat in them and tired. The front of my big toe kept hitting the top of the shoe which didn't hurt, but it felt like cardboard, so it was just uncomfortable. The shoes were the right size. I had ordered the 1/2 size bigger that other customers recommended I do on this site. Just disappointed that's all. Ended up returning them and splurging for some Nikes instead.”
