“Runs large and a little stiff”

“Listen to the suggestion of ordering a whole size smaller! I bought a 9 and an 8 would have been perfect. Still keeping them as they are for house and yard wear. Despite having a visible arch support bump, they do not support high arches. Uppers are very pretty color combo (brown/melon) but the material is very stiff and chafes the toes. Hope it softens. The footbed is very soft and comfortable. Recommended at this great price! They look very pretty on. Remember to ORDER DOWN A SIZE!”
