“Good bargain, but not super comfortable”

“Per other reviews I ordered a size 8 when I usually wear an 8.5/9. The 8 fits fine. The soles are comfortable and the quality I expect from Columbia, but the uppers have a plastic buckle thing that isn't comfortable. It actually causes bruises on the tops of my feet if I wear them too long. They're fine for light walking days, but for an every-day sandal that can hold up to lots of walking I prefer my Merrells with no plastic on the upper. They'd be comfortable if it weren't for that darn plastic piece.”
