“I loved these boots when they arrived. My daughter put them on right away, and we realized that the top velcro strap was not long enough to fasten. She does have chubby legs (don't all toddlers?), but it seems that even with nothing in the boot, the strap is barely long enough to reach the other side. I would have loved to keep them (they are REALLY cute), but alas had to return.”
