    I was looking for a boot my daughter could use for both school and snow play and sport (like snowshoeing). I think this boot will be fine. It seems well constructed and waterproof, although the upper is a bit stiff. The drawstring to the top doesn't cinch completely, so we might have some problems with boots slipping off, but the velcro strap might mitigate. A good price/value here for the good type of boot it is!

    I bought these for my son at 1 size larger than his new tennis shoes (those are a bit big). He couldn't get his foot in the the liner even when it was removed. I would have gone up 2 more sizes but now they were sold out. :o(
