I sent this shoe back twice looking for a better fit and never found one. This shoe runs small and is hard to fit.

This is my third pair of Columbia trail shoes. I keep replacing the old ones after miles of trail walking - they fit my feet perfectly with no break-in period, give great traction on slippery trails. Love 'em. Don't know why others have had a problem with the fit but, then, I can't wear Salomons which others claim are good shoes.

It's true they run small. Fits perfect after some breaking into. Very comfortable for every day commute. Can't wait to go hiking with these!

I bought these shoes to wear on a trip to Africa. I'm now breaking them in. They're a full size too small. I bought my regular size and then exchanged them for a size larger, which fits great. They're a bit stiff brand new, but are loosening up great. They sole has great tread and I think will provide good traction in dirt and rocks.

A good day hiking shoe. Not lightweight but very sturdy. It does seem to run 1/2 size small, but I was aware of that about Columbia and ordered accordingly. Can't beat it for the money!
