“unexpected and unusual colors”

“When we received these shoes, we quickly decided to return them. My boyfriend was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes that he could wear to work with khakis. On the website, these looked perfect. However, when we opened the box, we were unpleasantly surprised by the colors. The website showed a dark brown, but they were much more of a redish brown hue with the cross section being an almost purple hue. Distinctly unattractive. I usally am very impressed by Columbia, but this product did not come close to the quality that Columbia usually delivers.”
