    I just got these shoes so have not had a lot of wear or tear yet, but they appear & feel like they will do the job nicely. They are comfortable & should make a nice every day shoe for light activity. I do not think the construction is sufficient for heavy duty activity though, but they would be fine for short day hiking. I belong to a sports coop, & could not find a better shoe at this price for the use I wanted.

    Differently styled shoes, something i was looking for, trying to get away from wearing my Vans everywhere...I haven't tried them yet in shorts but as soon as the weather warms I will..other than that, I like them.

    although extremely comfortable and convenient (I like the elastic laces) the shoes have very poor traction on wet or smooth surfaces. NOT good where any lateral movement is required as they'll roll. They turned out to be excellent for my hybrid bike, however.

    I love the shoes as a daily shoe. They look fairly unique and they are comfortable. They could be bit more durable and more supportive, but they are a solid shoe at good price.

    After wearing them for 1 full day, the right foot seemed to chafe at the back top of the foot (you know, where the foot joins the ankle). Think that might be due to the slightly smaller size than indicated.
