For the 1st time ever I'm disappointed in Columbia. I've always bought Columbia shoes from Sierra before & they've been top notch. This shoe is not good for running or walking. I can only use it for casual wear or riding my bike.

I was happy with my previous Columbia trail shoes so I got these because my previous shoes were showing lots of wear from only a couple hikes. I thought they'd be more durable [...] All the things i loved about my previous shoes i loved about these, but all the faults are the same which is why I'm returning these for real hiking boots. They need no break in, have great stability control and traction, but your foot will get soaked if you step in a puddle, the arch supports and cushioning left much to be desired (inadequate) and the construction material appears identical to my cheaper Columbia pair which got shredded by rocky terrain. These are GREAT trail runners, NOT for serious rocky hiking. Sizing guide RIGHT ON. My other Columbia pair was size 8 and I bought these in 7.5--the size of the shoes is IDENTICAL!

The most support from a "low-top" I have ever experienced. Walk paved and dirt trails and this shoe gives fantastic support. Didn't want too thin a sole, but didn't want a heavy shoe...this is perfect.

This is a great shoe--No break in period with them at all. They were true to size for me. I do alot of walking on gravel roads and grassy areas and work great for that. Not waterproof or gortex though. I would buy this shoe again and recommend to friends

This shoe is great for me. I have ordered another pair. The toe box is nice and full, making them comfortable for this old gal's feet. Working with Rescue Dogs I need the good traction and stability these shoes provide. They are true to size for my feet. This is my first pair of Columbia shoes, but not my last pair. This is a shoe made for comfort and stability. A Wonderful shoe!

I bought these shoes in a 9 and they were too small so I returned for the 9.5. The 9.5's fit perfect and are super comfortable, no wear in time at all. I usually wear saucony's for the comfort and these are as comfy as the saucony's. I love them!
