“A good trail running shoe”

“I like trail running and hiking shoes because I have flat feet, and shoes of this kind tend to provide excellent arch and ankle support. These are good shoes and do give me the support I need, but I also have very narrow heels, so I need to wear fairly thick socks with these shoes. I have an older pair of Nike trail running shoes, and I can wear much thinner socks with those. I also have to double-tie the laces on these, but that's not all that unusual for me. The toe box on these is very roomy and very solid, which I love.”
