    Delivery was lightning fast, as usual. Ankle support feels good without restricting flexibility. These shoes are super-lightweight but I don't have the impression that they're flimsy or less durable than others (as some reviewers have suggested). Mesh fabric might not be great in wet grass/brush; too soon to tell.

    My old hiking shoes weren't waterproof either but they shed light dew and rain. Honestly, walking through low dewy grass, it felt like the shoe was wicking the dew drops directly into my feet and water was sloshing around in there within moments. Bummer because they were very comfortable.
