“I typically carry a multitool with me, but have had the knives fail when having to tackle more robust tasks like chopping branches for firewood...other than that I was just looking for a good sturdy fixed blade knife for use in the out doors that could be easily accessed. This knife is probably more than I would every need (who knows?) but at the price it was going for, I couldn't pass it up!”
