When the temperature increased, the pants legs were easy to remove while on the trail. These pants were perfect for the chilly mornings in Yellowstone and very comfortable for the warm afternoons.

I was hoping these were sized the same since they're both PFG series. My old ones are XL and fit perfectly!! I ordered the same size as these but unfortunately they're much smaller in the legs and butt. I had to give them to a friend. I just wish Columbia wasn't constantly renaming their products and changing sizes of similar products. So Eve though STP has a ton of great Columbia products I can't order them because you never know how they fit. Conclusion: AWESOME pants but if you have difficulty fitting into pants, buy wish caution!!
