    This is a great skirt for days when you want to look casual but still put together. It fits tighter than some columbia items, which, in my experience, have pretty generous proportions. I think this skirt had a great length.

    This is a great skirt. I have it in two colors. It does run a little large, though. I'm 5'5", 126 lbs (27inch waist) and usually wear a 4 or 6. The small is a bit roomy in the waist but can be worn below the waist comfortably. I could have gone to an XS. It's a great skirt to throw on with a t-shirt or tank to run around town. Very comfortable, and a nice alternative to shorts.

    This skirt has the brand name prominently embroidered on the hip, in white contrast stitching. I'd prefer not to be a walking advertisement. Also, the shape is a bit odd: it flares at the bottom rather than following an a-line shape all the way down. I sent it back!

    This skirt is alright. The fabric and cut are nice, but it is just too short. I could never wear this to work (teaching). Now I AM six feet tall, so if you are short or don't mind showing a lot of leg, you will probably like this more than I do. In the past, all my Columbia skirts have been long enough, even for a six-footer!

    Admittedly, though I measured the length on me based on the description, the skirt was shorter than I thought it would be. I'm short: 5'4" and this skirt comes right above my knee. However, I love it! I actually went back and bought the one in brown, too, because this skirt is shorter than my another Ashtanga skirt I own. But they are so awesome for running around town, I decided I needed both :)

    I had this skirt in a longer version to use for travel in Europe last summer. It was perfect! I can't seem to find it now and want to wear it with tights and boots this winter so I bought the shorter version. I will also wear it all summer with sandals. Great versatile skirt.
