    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I ordered both the small and medium of these. The small seemed to be the right size, but I didn't like the fit. Stretchy elastic panel at the waist. I'm 51, so that might be the problem, but I didn't think they were flattering. Also, the fabric was very thick and stiff. I don't think these would be comfortable.

    This garment is well made and will serve well - next summer. I like my clothing a bit on the looser side and this was just a wee bit snug for me. NP, as I am in process of loosing weight and may yet wear these by summer's end. The color is unsual and my be difficult to match up with anything else but the fit, versatility, and comfort more than make up for that. I believe they will do well for several seasons to come.
