    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I bought this so I could continue swimming outdoors here in Texas during "cold" weather. I have worn it twice in 55-60 degree weather and it made geting into & out of the pool very comfortable. I never go in 40 degree weather but I could now with this. It is not confining & does not ride up in the water. It does add a wee bit of buoyancy which is not unwelcome. Only flaw is hard to pull of in back when wet; but a zipper would add cost though.
