    The best thing about this headband is its softness and it does not contribute to a flattened hairdo as many winter hats do. It may not be warm enough, however, in truly cold winter conditions.

    I wish the band width was the same. They made this model to get smaller over the forehead area and it's almost too small, for active little ones wearing this, it shifts pretty easy exposing their little ears pretty easy. I'm constantly adjusting this band to cover her ears back up. I've had other Columbia head bands, but the width remained the same all the way around.
