“Great Windprof Jacket”

“I purchased this jacket for a fall trip to the north east for a outside job during bad storms. No trouble staying warm even in extremely windy and damp conditions. The same was true staying comfortable on warmer days (with the pit zips). The jacket definitely has a tight athletic fit through the shoulders and waist. The close fit limits the clothing layers you can have and a bulky sweater is definitely not an option. I almost wish that I had sized up for layering. The inner cuffs definitely keep wind out and the pit zippers are great for cooling in warmer weather. The zipper is not a 2 ways and with the tight fit in the waist sitting, driving, etc results you having to unzip the jacket. Not sure why Columbia stopped the 2 way zippers sever years ago. Bottom line: A durable jacket that does its job”
