I was hoping for a lighter weight coat. Great coat for the 25-40 degrees zone. I tend to run warm so might be a good coat for all.

Used as a fall/spring coat for work. Goes very well with 'business casual' wear. More classy then wearing Gortex soft shell with slacks and dress shirts. Amazing look and fit for price.

Principal fabric had MANY small different-colored lint inclusions in weave that look like permanent lint. Columbia less and less a RELIABLE quality brand (labels intacts and not cut, marked, or defaced). NOT described as a "second."

For being an XL, the sleeves were very short (I'm roughly 36/37"). I haven't had this problem with Columbia's Tech Fleeces. The polyester lining has a pungent smell (a lot like rubber, but with chemical overtones). The wool exterior is bulky and isn't very pliable (like burlap but mildly smoother). The jacket does not look like a classy wool jacket, but more like something you'd see a foreman wearing on a construction site.
