It fits tight in the armpits but that is how it is designed, give it a few minutes and you will find it comfortable. I plan to buy more and replace all my worn underlayers. BTW it does keep you cool as the outdoor temperature get warmer!!

I can stay in ok warmth though not extremely warm. I feel a little bit of improvement compared with my other combinations (two wool sweaters). I have cold limbs all the time sitting at my desk. Though not 100% helpful, it's not bad.
