Temperature the day i snowshoed was in the low 20's. The fit is a bit too snug for my preference but not uncomfortably so. Good insulating layer.

However if I were to wear this as the bottom layer then I would have stayed with a medium. Caution while washing - definitely use the gentle cycle! Really like the Omni heat technology. I am 5'4", 135, 36c.
