“nice material, still a little light for March in upstate NY, so i have not really worn it out yet.Design is more stylish than i thought, with a sort of( stay with me here) a flouncy bottom, something i would normally eschew. However my husband convinced me it was flattering and more feminine than a militaristic shape.”
