She is average for a 18 month old. It was extremely short, and the color was more neon yellow than it looks.

Columbia makes great fleece jackets for kids, but I feel like the sizing in the fleece may be a little smaller than other brands, and also smaller than other coats by Columbia. Great jacket, just a little smaller than I anticipated.
