Verified Buyer Reviewed by Hams from ca on Sunday, June 29, 2014Columbia never fails to put out a boot that I don't love! These are comfortable, durable and waterproof. I have had them for over a year and the look like new. As with all Columbia boots I need a half size larger than I normally do.

I'm still in the breaking-in stage, so my review could change after heavy usage.
The padding could be better, but if I use actual "hiking" socks, I think that might take care of it.
It's really light-weight and runs a little small (I wear a 9-9-1/2, bu purchased a 10).
The water-proof claim has not been tested....although I am hoping it will be for creeks, puddles and rain.
Overall a nice boot for the cost.
Reviewed by The Dog Walker from Temecula, CA on Saturday, January 18, 2014Most Columbia boots I have bought in the past were comfortable on the feet from day on. I can't say the same about these. Blisters on on one litlle toe and a sore from ribbing on the other ankle. If I hadn't bought these for so cheap, I would be sending them back. But because money is an issue right now, I will have to find a way to deal with these two minor issues.
