If you want a lightweight windbreaker/rain jacket then buy it. It's very thin, but breaks wind pretty good. Good for spring/fall weather. Can't really beat the price either. No cons because I knew what to expect. If you want a winter coat this is NOT for you . . . This is my second Columbia product ...

I have owned this jacket for over a year.It has been completly water and windproof in down pours for hours at a time(Columbia claims only water resistant). It is very light weight, packable. Not good for warmer weather ,no lining and sticky on the arms.No venting, does not breath well.Great with long sleeve shirt.Good hood adjustments. Keeps me warm to 30f with a med fleece under. I'm 6-1 225lbs no gut, XXL fit me perfecly, it is a trimmer fit through the arms and chest.

Used with hoodie on cooler days, does very well. Will retain sweat if used alone in heavier exercise. Good repellency so far. Needs snaps along with zipper and overlapping zipper flap. Vertical pockets would be helpful on front. Feels as if more room is needed and some longer length would be nice.
Best Uses: Windyrainy days 40F
Cons: 3x feels slightly small, Needs better pockets, No alternate closure, Not great breatheability, Tends to sweat
Pros: Best used with layers, Decent water repellency, Hooded, Light Weight, Velcro cuffs, Very wind resistant, Zipper feels solid
