5.0 out of 5 stars. Best waterproof jacket I've ever seen.Reviewed by David Sobrero from Argentina on Monday, April 13, 2015With these incredible discount, I have the possibility to buy these jacket. I bought it for hunting, but it can be perfectly used for fly fishing. It is noisy but really water proof. It seem to be gore tex. Excellent design and large pockets.

5.0 out of 5 stars. This is well made and it is functionalReviewed by Anonymous from WV/PA/MD/VA on Friday, January 23, 2015This is exactly what it is listed to be,and that is a waterproof over jacket. The costruction is quality and it can be layered for warmth. It looks good and you should consider what background it will be worn for optimal camo function. I bought it for an option in tree stand hunting. It is not a quiet garment but it does breath and it works well when sitting for your game to arrive. I thought it was a good buy and a worthwhile option to my hunting wear for wet cold weather.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Nicely made, but too noisyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Avid hunter from Royal Oak, Michigan on Tuesday, October 30, 2012I intended to use this raingear for turkey and big game hunting, but it is too noisy. Other than the noise problem this appears to be a very well made jacket.

4.0 out of 5 stars. It's water proofVerified Buyer Reviewed by leadpaint from Marquette,MI on Wednesday, October 24, 2012It is basically a gor tex shell. there isn't much to it. it's super light great for layering. it is also a tad loud I do not believe it will be an issue hunting but some may really think it is intrusively loud... nice product seems to be well made but for an original retail of 400 plus i wouldn't buy it. but for sierras price it's a great shell oh and it talks about the UP of michigan in columbia's description so it must be for me haha

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Jacket!Reviewed by MTman from WA on Wednesday, October 17, 2012This is a really nice jacket - would I have paid $450? Probably not, but I probably wouldn't pay that for any jacket! I picked it up for less than half-price of retail along with the pants and so far I'm very happy. I used the combo for 3 days straight of sideways heavy rain downpours and wind and stayed bone dry all along. The ventilation seemed fine despite heavy hiking throughout each day. The pants are pretty loud for my liking, but since I rifle hunt I can deal with it during these heavy storms. This is not ultra-quiet hunting type material, but is more weather-proof and breathable than anything else I've used.
