As others have mentioned, not the quietest but I have managed to stalk very close to several animals wearing them. I mostly hunt backcountry/backpacking where you need a a solid shell for rain/wind/snow. They've kept me dry and warm in some harsh conditions. The most breathable shell layer I've found.
