Columbia Sportswear Talls are 1.2 inches longer in the sleeves and 2 inches longer in the body of a short parka and 3 inches longer the body of a long parka than regular sized garments. Tall sizing for pants is 2.25 inches longer for inseam measurements and 3 inches longer for out seam measurements than regular sized garments.

Sorry the smallest waist we have available in this pant is the XLT (Waist 40-43).

The LT is a 34 inch inseam. Unfortunately that doesn't meet my version of tall. I think I passed that legnth in the 4th grade.
