    This coat is true to size, we bought a size larger so next year she can wear it again. It doesn't look too big. My daughter had a long list of criteria that this coat met, she is 8. Zip off hood, pockets soft and easy to get to, longer to cover her backside and easy to put over heavy clothes! We love Columbia outerwear for kids! The price is great at Sieratradingpost, we recommend it to all our friends with kids.
