I love the 3 in 1 from Columbia! It is warm in the winter and can be broken down to wear again in the fall and spring. I live in the mountains and we see more snow than many parts of Alaska and this coat is perfect

I have had various "interchangeable" jackets over the years and always liked them, and had been on the lookout for one this fall. The fact that the top layer is waterproof is an extra bonus, making it even more useful. The stripe is a nice design feature that adds some pizazz to the look.

At $77, this was a great buy for a winter coat. Not the warmest Columbia coat I have owned by far, but it's a good coat and will shield you from the wind.

Very light and warm jacket, purple jacket :-) true size

This is a beautiful coat! Overall, I am very pleased and the price was excellent. The one thing that could be improved is the weight of the removable fleece liner. I had a Columbia 3-1 previously, and the fleece was a lot heavier. Just will need to wear my other coat on really cold days and save this one for milder days.

I've had this type of jacket before, it was getting way to big as had lost some weight, so I needed a smaller size. My first one I owned for 12 years- looking forward to see how long this one lasts.

  • Question “ “please remeasure in jacket size L width of the chest and hips and bust””
Asked on 10/23/2014 5:41:43 AM by Svetlana from Ukraina
    • Answer I hope my response will be of some help as I ordered this jacket in a medium, which is my usually size. I'm 5'6' 140lbs, hips 38, chest- bust 38 full C/D. I have always considered myself "broad shoulder" and along with my bust I cannot always wear a medium if it fits small. This jacket fits great. I have excellent mobility through the arms and shoulders, with plenty of room to layer if I need too. And it is not tight around my bum. I would say it fits true to size. Good luck.

    • Answer I think that a medium is too big. I would try a small, or even an extra small.

    • Answer I'm 5'-7" and 156lbs.. The large I got has enough room for sweaters and the sleeves come down to my palms. I would get her a small.
