We got these to take our kids on a backcountry hut trip where there would be snow. Other mittens just kept falling off or were super hard to get on. These are great and work well.

First of all the sizing of these gloves was very nondescript. But I have a 7 month old so I figured it was worth the gamble on fit for the price point. These gloves are a one size fits all from what I would say was 6 to 12 months. They are warm and the zipper keeps them on wild armed babies such as mine who are always losing one glove. They are a snug good fit and will hopefully work into next snow season for my kiddo as well.

I had resorted to duct taping my kiddo's gloves to her coat, but these actually stay on! She can't pick much up with them on, but when she's in the carrier it means I don't have to keep backtracking to find stray mittens.

My daughter is 20 months old and this small size was perfect for a short winter hike in snow. She crawled on hands and knees a few times, sloshed her mittens in a muddy stream of melting snow, and even patted some snow on top of a small snowman while her hands stayed warm and dry! The zipper helps to get them on and we put the mittens on before donning her jacket to keep them from falling off.
