Columbia Sportswear Chippewa II Mittens - Insulated (For Toddlers)

Purchased these for my son - and they're so cute! The zipper is a nice addition. Although, I should add he really can't move his hands in them, but they'll keep him warm!

I bought these gloves for my 2yo and they are very nice. He couldn't put his thumb in the designated pocket at first, but because these have a zipper on the side, I was able to reach in with one finger to guide his thumb...great feature! Once you zip them up they are nice and snug, though, they will still come off fairly easily when pulled on. We went on a two hour trek in the snow and he didn't complain about being cold, but when we got home his hands were cold - I realize that's a long time in 30 degree weather, but I would expect good gloves to keep his hands toasty. I'm giving them four stars because they really are the best I've found, but they could be more snug and maybe also a little warmer.

The mitten are for my 4 years old son. They look big for his hands and not too warm. They look water and wind proofed.

Got this for my 3-year old whose hands always get cold playing in the snow. So far so good, though like most mittens they tend to work their way off her hands.

I thought these came in black, but they appear brown. I must've read the description wrong. Anyways, they look warm and I'm sure my toddler will love them. Don't forget to get mitten clips to attach them to the jacket!
