“Windproof without being stiff”

“The teal color is absolutely gorgeous ! Wind does not get through this one. The sleeves have lovely tailored cuff, AND an inside windproof thin knit cuff - to prevent draft there - very smart !Pretty for evening out, great for every day wear- hiking and I bet even spring skiing over a fleece. I get lots of compliments. I had to re-order get a Medium since the Small was tight over my hips (35 1/2"). Medium has enough space for another mid weight fleece layer. Great buy !”
