    This coat is beautifully made, the color is lovely and the fit is great, except that it is way too tight across the bust (and I?m only a 38B). One would have to be pretty minimal in that area to wear this coat. I was very disappointed because I have a very similar coat in black by the same manufacturer that fits very well.

    I haven?t actually worn this jacket yet; I bought it for an upcoming trip to the Big Island. You always have to anticipate rain on the Hilo side, and I feel pretty well-prepared with this jacket. I bought it when it was further discounted and it is a great buy. This jacket is from one of my favorite manufacturers for casual wear. Being only a shell with a hood, I think it will be very appropriate for the warm, wet weather we may encounter. The venting looks at least adequate.

    This is a nice, roomy jacket - big enough to go over a fleece, etc., layer. The only thing I'd caution others about is the fact that the light blue color is slightly see-through. I decided to keep it, and expect to use it in casual settings. Packs down pretty small.

    I was looking for a lightweight everyday coat with some rain and wind resistance to replace an old aging favorite. I've had a very hard time finding this sort of a traditional / classic windbreaker. This Columbia is a decent coat for the money. Very thin / lightweight - a little too much so. It seems as if it'll block wind and rain but I haven't worn it in these conditions yet. It's unstructured and will accomodate an extra layer underneath for warmth.
